Baseball: Hahn ends prep pitching career with perfection

It was the final time in high school that Mater Dei’s Cory Hahn (13-1) got to pitch, and what a five-inning performance he turned in against Dana Hills in the Division 1 final.

He retired all 15 batters in order, seven on strikeouts. Mater Dei leads, 1-0. Hahn pitched five innings in Tuesday’s semifinals, so he can’t pitching any more this week.

Next up for Mater Dei is expected to be closer Ty Moore.
