Football: Alemany takes 7-0 lead over Oaks Christian

Alemany drove 80 yards on its opening drive to take a 7-0 lead over Oaks Christian after quarterback Vernon Adams faked a handoff and completed a four-yard touchdown pass to Jesse Sampson in the back of the end zone.

Saladin McCullough had a 46-yard run on the drive that moved the ball inside the Lions’ 15-yard line.
