Los Angeles Loyola quarterback Jerry Neuheisel did not play in the second half of his team’s 37-15 loss to Bellflower St. John Bosco on Friday because he was held out after suffering a concussion.

Trainer Tim Moscicki said Neuheisel’s status was day to day on whether he’ll be available for the Cubs’ (1-3) next game on Friday against Upland.
