Football: Stage set for South Coast showdown

It’s five minutes from kickoff at Tesoro High in Las Flores, where the host Titans will try to knock off South Coast League rival Mission Viejo.

Mission Viejo (8-0, 2-0) is ranked No. 1 in the Southland by The Times. Tesoro (7-1, 2-0) is ranked No. 15 by The Times.

The visiting Diablos won the coin toss but deferred to the second half, so Tesoro will get the ball first.
