Football: Jay Schroeder is new Village Christian coach

Former NFL and UCLA quarterback Jay Schroeder will be replacing Jeff Cortez as the football coach at Sun Valley Village Christian.
Schroeder was the offensive coordinator for Oaks Christian’s freshman-sophomore team and served as an assistant athletic director. Oaks Christian Athletic Director Jan Hethcock said it was a good opportunity for Schroeder.
