Football: La Jolla Bishop’s wins Division IV state title

La Jolla Bishop’s has won the Division IV state bowl game with a dominating 40-14 victory over Stockton Brookside Christian at Home Depot Center in Carson.

The stage is now set for the Division I game between Corona Centennial (14-0) and Palo Alto (13-0). The rain has subsided and hopefully weather will not play a factor. The teams are about to be introduced.
