Lewis Dix scored on a tip-in at the buzzer to give Harvard-Westlake a 40-28 lead after three quarters in the Southern Section Division 3A championship game at the Anaheim Convention Center.

Damiene Cain has 11 points, nine rebounds and three blocks and Zena Edosomwan has 11 points and 12 blocks for the Wolverines.

Julius Bilbrew has 12 points for Inglewood.
