Baseball: L.A. Marshall makes history

When L.A. Marshall defeated Franklin, 4-2, to clinch the Northern League title in baseball, it culminated an historic 2010-11 school year for athletic teams in the Northern League.

Marshall has won league titles in football, boys’ basketball, track and field and baseball for the first time in the school’s 80-year history, according to sports historian Pete Arbogast.
