Baseball: Battle of Irvine has begun

The Southern Section Division 3 championship game between two schools from Irvine, Beckman and Woodbridge, has begun at Dodger Stadium. Ben Wylly got a single in the first inning for Woodbridge off Beckman ace James Kaprielian, but Kaprielian struck out Brennan Leitao to end the inning.
