Track and field: Harvard-Westlake’s Cami Chapus wins girls’ 1,600

Cami Chapus, a junior from Harvard-Westlake, won the girls’ 1,600 at the state track meet Saturday at Clovis Buchanan High, finishing in 4 minutes 40.88 seconds.
Chapus edged Alli Billmeyer of Torrey Pines, who finished in 4:41.71, and Nikki Hiltz of Aptos, who finished in 4:43.43.
