City Section coaches love to criticize officials, but most refuse to do a simple task that could help fix things: send in an evaluation form.

City Section administrator John Aguirre said he has received two forms all season from coaches who have been asked to evaluate officials after each game.

Even after the El Camino Real-Canoga Park game last Friday in which both coaches criticized the officiating, no form has been sent to the athletics office evaluating the officials.

So coaches, start taking a moment to fill out the form and help evaluate the officials, offering whether they were good or bad. It’s not that hard.
