After watching Notre Dame score 17 unanswered points, Crespi answered.

Notre Dame lined up for a 51-yard field goal with four seconds left before halftime, but the Celts blocked it. The ball bounced around before senior Noah Ciccel scooped it up and rumbled 40 yards to the endzone with no time left on the clock.

Notre Dame leads, 17-14, at halftime.
