Baseball: Austin Hedges gives back to JSerra

Former JSerra catcher Austin Hedges, who signed a professional contract with the San Diego Padres in August, has written a check for $50,000 to the Lions’ baseball program.

‘For him to do that was awesome,’ Coach Brett Kay said.

JSerra plans to use the money to build ‘an unbelievable clubhouse.’
