Football: San Pedro takes 7-0 lead over Narbonne

Darrell Santiago’s second-effort two-yard touchdown run has given San Pedro a 7-0 lead over visiting Narbonne midway through the second quarter of their Marine League showdown.

The touchdown was set up by a big third-down play, a 26-yard pass from quarterback Kenny Potter to Michael Whitt.

San Pedro has been smart to mostly run the ball; the Pirates have thrown only three passes.
