Football: Belmont is in, Washington out of Division II playoffs

A representative from Los Angeles Washington failed to show up at the City Section athletics office by 1 p.m. on Saturday to exchange game film, resulting in the Generals being removed from the Division II football playoffs and replaced by Belmont as the No. 11 seed, assistant commissioner John Aguirre said.
