Girls’ volleyball: Granada Hills wins third consecutive title

Granada Hills won its third consecutive City Section Division I girls’ volleyball championship, upsetting No. 1-seeded Woodland Hills El Camino Real, 25-21, 9-25, 25-20, 25-13, on Saturday at Los Angeles Roybal.

Sam Cramer had 13 kills for the Highlanders, who gave Coach Tom Harp his 10th overall City title in boys’ and girls’ volleyball. Laurel Weaver had 18 kills for El Camino Real.

Palisades won the Division II championship in three games over Woodland Hills Taft. It was the Dolphins’ 27th City title in girls’ volleyball.

Elizabeth won the small schools title over Northridge Academy.
