Football: Washington coach to be keynote speaker

Washington Coach Steve Sarkisian has agreed to be the keynote speaker on Monday for the Southern Section championship luncheon in Long Beach.
The teams for 15 Southern Section championship games will be honored. Sarkisian, a former USC assistant, always does a good job speaking.
