Football: Jordan Payton is headed to Washington

Oaks Christian receiver Jordan Payton, who was originally committed to USC, then California during the recruiting process, announced Tuesday he’s now committed to Washington.

Just another day in recruiting madness with less than 24 hours to go before players can sign a letter of intent.

Dorsey receiver Jaydon Mickens is also committed to Washington. What’s interesting is that Payton and Mickens were both one-time USC commits. Another Dorsey player, Rashard Clark, is expected to sign with Arizona State for track.
