Track & Field: Baxter repeats as state 3,200 champ

Simi Valley sophomore Sarah Baxter won her second consecutive state 3,200 title, running the eight laps in 10:12 seconds--almost 14 seconds ahead of Xochitl Navarette from Ontario Colony. Baxter ran exactly one second faster than her winning time last year.
