Football: St. Bonaventure is 3-0 after 18-7 victory

Ventura St. Bonaventure improved to 3-0 by knocking off its second consecutive Inland Division powerhouse with an 18-7 victory over Redlands East Valley.
The Seraphs trailed at halftime, 7-0.
Last week, they defeated Corona Centennial.
Sherman Oaks Notre Dame defeated Taft, 56-0. Loyola improved to 3-0 with a 42-7 win over Newport Harbor. Wyatt Bradford had touchdown runs of four and 58 yards for the Cubs. Patrick Finnegan had a 13-yard TD pass. Loyola gets unbeaten St. John Bosco next week.
