Boys’ basketball: Julian Richardson sparks El Camino Real

Julian Richardson scored 26 points and Michael Thomas added 25 points to help El Camino Real defeat Birmingham, 86-51, in a West Valley League game.

In the Western League, Palisades defeated Hamilton, 58-39. Ammar Rehman scored 21 points. Westchester defeated Venice, 77-38. Fairfax defeated LACES, 69-59. Chaunce Hill had 18 points and Jonathan Brown 16.

In the East Valley League, Grant defeated Arleta, 50-33. In the Coliseum League, Crenshaw defeated West Adams, 73-27. Mica Winn scored 18 points.
