Mission Viejo fans were celebrating a 66-60 victory over El Toro on Wednesday night by waving balloons and and towels. But they hope to be a lot happier when final word comes out regarding the condition of standout point guard Evan Zeller.

He went down with an ankle injury in the third quarter, and his availabilty will be determined after seeing a doctor. The Diablos (21-2, 5-1) led by 11 points at the time of the injury and stretched their lead to 17 points in the fourth quarter before surviving a frantic comeback bid by El Toro (20-5, 4-1).
