Jon Mack, the football coach at Encino Crespi, is scheduled to meet with school officials this week amid reports that he’s considering joining Oxnard Santa Clara as an assistant principal.

No final decision has been made. Crespi has a new president and will be getting a new principal, so Mack will need to become comfortable with the new administration if he’s going to remain as football coach.

He has been the coach for three years and was previously a highly successful head coach at Ventura St. Bonaventure.
