In India, enough color to upstage a parrot

Every day on WorldNow, we choose a stunning photo from around the world. Today it was hard to resist this shot from India, where there’s so much color flying that a normally noticeable parrot is upstaged.
Colors are everywhere for the Hindu spring festival of Holi, celebrated by throwing colorful powder called gulal. The holiday celebrates the triumph of good over evil.
