United Farm Workers employees at the West Foods Inc. mushroom farm in Ventura have approved a new three-year contract that calls for a 9% wage increase, UFW officials said. Under the new agreement, minimum hourly wages will increase in three steps from the present $6.20 to $6.77 in November, 1986.
