CalComp, an Anaheim-based computer graphics equipment manufacturer, has appointed Frank Swimmer manager of contracts. Swimmer, an Irvine resident, will be responsible for domestic and international contract development and administration. He previously was a contracts manager at an Orange hydraulics firm.
