U.S.-Panama War Games

WASHINGTON — About 4,000 U.S. troops and 400 Panamanians will take part in a 10-day guerrilla warfare exercise in Panama starting Feb. 4, the Pentagon announced Friday. The exercise, code-named Kindle Liberty 85, will be staged on the Azuero Peninsula and near Arenas in Veraguas province.
