Patricia Kincade was appointed project administrator for JMB/Federated Realty Associates, and will be responsible for the management and marketing of the company’s jointly owned Santa Ana Fashion Square retail shopping center. The Cincinnati-based retail development firm, in conjunction with Henry T. Segerstrom, purchased the shopping center and has made plans for a major expansion.
