Sigma Circuits Inc., a Santa Clara-based manufacturer of multilayer printed circuit boards, has opened an 43,000-square-foot manufacturing plant in Costa Mesa. According to a company spokesman, the Orange County plant will better serve Sigma’s growing number of Southern California clients.
The new facility, located in a refurbished warehouse on a 2.2-acre site near John Wayne Airport, will employ 90 persons. Accoring to General Manager Vince Cestra, the Orange County plant more doubles Sigma’s circuit-board manufacturing capabilities.
