Justice Powell Continues Prostate Surgery Progress

WASHINGTON — Supreme Court Justice Lewis F. Powell Jr., 77, has been walking around at a hospital in Rochester, Minn., and is continuing to show good progress from surgery for cancer of the prostate, a spokesman for the Mayo Clinic said Sunday.
