Fly Larvae Halt Imports of Citrus From Mexico

WASHINGTON —
The U.S. border has been closed to Mexican tangerines, oranges and grapefruit because Mexican fruit fly larvae were found in a rising number of shipments headed for the United States, the government said Monday.
