Hart Plans European Trip; Will Discuss Arms Issues

WASHINGTON —
Sen. Gary Hart (D-Colo.) leaves Thursday on a 12-day trip to Britain, France, the Soviet Union and Switzerland, where he will meet with senior government leaders and talk about arms control and other East-West issues, a spokesman said Tuesday.
