Rock musician David Crosby, who was ordered arrested by a Texas judge because he failed to enter a drug treatment program, will go into therapy at a New Jersey hospital, one of the singer’s attorneys said. Crosby, 45, gained fame as a member of The Byrds in the 1960s and still appears with the group, Crosby, Stills and Nash. Dallas lawyer Thomas Glenn said the singer was on his way from his home in Marin County to Fair Oaks Hospital in Summit, N.J., to enter a drug treatment program. “Admittedly we’ve been given that before and it hasn’t been true,” Glenn said. “So we just have our fingers crossed.” Glenn said if Crosby enters the treatment program State District Judge Pat McDowell will withdraw a warrant for the singer’s arrest.
