Japan Posts $2.03 Billion Payments Deficit

Toyko( — Japan’s balance of payments swung to a deficit of $2.03 in November from a surplus of $1.08 billion in November, 1983, the Finance Ministry reported.
On a seasonally adjusted basis, Japan’s balance of payments deficit narrowed to $680 million in November from$737 million in October.
