23 Killed in Bus Plunge

SEOUL, South Korea — An express bus fell off a highway bridge into a river Friday near Yongdong, about 120 miles southeast of Seoul, killing 23 of the 24 people on board, the Yonhap News Agency reported. The bus was bound for Taejon, 50 miles southeast of Yongdong, when the accident occurred.
