Summerhill, a $29.5-million, 236-unit single-family-attached community of Spanish Mediterranean design by Pacific Scene, is holding its grand opening this weekend at 1808 Willowspring Drive North in coastal Encinitas.

Homes at Summerhill were designed by the San Diego-based architectural firm of Lorimer & Case and offer four floor plans in a duplex format with three and four bedrooms, all with 2 1/2 baths, priced from $109,990 to $131,990. The project offers a variety of conventional financing programs, and it is anticipated that a homeowners’ association monthly fee will be set at $21.71 on completion of the project.

Plans range in size from 1,504 to 2,083 square feet and are all two-storied. Each provides a two-car attached garage with direct home access, wiring for automatic door opener, and front yard lawn and landscaping.
