Studio City Project Set

Completion is scheduled this month for a $3 million, 27,000-square-foot mixed-used building at 12735 Ventura Blvd., Studio City. The developer of the two-story structure is the Piken Co., the architect is Leidenfrost-Horowitz AIA and the general contractor is T Viole Construction Co.
