Medical Offices Under Way in Canoga Park

The $4.8-million West Park Medical Plaza, a three-story, 27,255-square-foot medical office buiding, is under construction at 22100 Roscoe Blvd., Canoga Park, and near Valley Park Hospital with occupancy scheduled for next summer.

The developer, J.H. Hedrick Enterprises Inc., said the building is designed for about 20 medical suites and has a central lobby, two elevators and underground parking. Hedrick offers a $20-a-square-foot tenant improvement allowance and leasing is handled by Hedrick and Nu-Med Medical Inc. of Encino.
