Bank Workers Reinstated

NAIROBI, Kenya —
Barclays Bank has agreed to reinstate 2,300 workers fired Friday for defying an order to return to work, Kenyan radio said Sunday. The workers, who had staged a sit-in to protest moves to limit fringe benefits, are to report to work today. Negotiations are to continue on points still in dispute.
