Teledyne Ryan Aeronautical in San Diego has been awarded a $99-million subcontract from Hughes Helicopter Inc. to build fuselages for the Army’s Apache attack helicopter.

It will take about six months before executives at San Diego-based Foodmaker Inc. decide whether to change the name of all 788 Jack in The Box fast food outlets to Monterey Jack’s. The new name is being test-marketed at 39 outlets in New Mexico, Texas and Seattle.

Cubic Corp. has launched a two-year, $100,000 advertising campaign designed to “fight for fair trade policies” for U.S. firms. The campaign, “Free Trade Should Be a Two-Way Street,” will be aimed at both the government and industry and will appear in transit-industry publications.

PSA Inc. declared a cash dividend of 15 cents per common share, payable Feb. 22 to shareholders of record as of Feb. 4.
