A woman from El Salvador pleaded guilty to her role in the shooting death and dismemberment of a transient whose body parts were found stuffed in luggage dumped at Hansen Dam. Marta Palacio, 27, pleaded guilty to one count of being an accessory to murder after the fact. She agreed to testify against her co-defendant, a 16-year-old boy charged with the transient’s murder.
