San Diego Senior Housing Project
Two wood-frame and stucco apartment complexes to provide housing for about 180 seniors are being built in east San Diego by the Harper Development & Construction Co. The developer is Santa Fe Capital.
The $900,000 Swift Street Senior Apartments at 3835 Swift St., consist of three-story buildings with a total of 25,000 square feet and 50 residential units. The structure is scheduled for completion in early summer.
The second complex, the 34th Street Senior Citizens Apartments at 4353 34th St., has two three-story buildings with a total of 19,425 square feet. The $700,000 project will have 39 units and is targeted for completion in the spring.
