Architect Retained

Whitaker Investment Corp. has retained Krommenhoek / McKeon & Associates to design the $4-million, four-story, 38,000-square-foot Columbia District Professional Office Building at India and B streets in downtown San Diego. Construction is scheduled to begin in February.
