The body of a tattooed woman, found last week in the desert has been identified as 27-year-old Deborah Jean Richmond of Anaheim. The woman, who had “Debbie” tattooed on her wrist and was tattooed elsewhere on her body, had been stabbed in the heart and strangled, according to Phil Alexander of the San Bernardino County coroner’s office. Alexander said it appeared Richmond had been killed within eight hours of the time her body was found Jan. 20 in Stoddard Wells Valley by an off-road motorcyclist. Sheriff’s deputies said they have no suspects in the case.
