Friedman Homes Opens Rialto Project in Semi-Rural Setting

Summerhill Rialto, a new single-family home community by Friedman Homes, opens today in a semi-rural setting at 790 N. Glenwood Ave., Rialto.

The one- and two-story, three- and four-bedroom homes are priced from $83,990 to $96,990 and have from 1,481 to 1,894 square feet of living space. The lots have a minimum of 8,500 square feet with complete fencing, landscaping and sprinklers.

Features include hobby rooms, large family rooms, breakfast nooks and two bath tubs, ceramic tile or parquet entries. The homes are thermostatically controlled with either central air conditioning or forced-air gas heat.

In addition to carpeting in all living areas, including hallways and closets, a formal dining room with bay window is included in some of the plans. French or sliding-glass doors give full access to the yard.

Luminous ceilings, skylights and tracklights and continuous cleaning oven, automatic dishwasher and spacious pantries are features of the kitchen areas.

The models are open daily from 11 a.m. to dusk, except Thursdays.
