A 19-year-old El Cajon woman died after she was thrown from her car when it rolled over on the San Diego Freeway in San Juan Capistrano, authorities said. Jody Lynn Vigil was driving south on the freeway about 2 p.m. when she attempted to change lanes, sideswiping another car and then crashing, according to the California Highway Patrol. A passenger in Vigil’s car, who was not immediately identified, suffered moderate injuries.
