The Miami-based airline, facing a self-imposed midnight deadline for settling all union disputes, reached a tentative agreement with the Air Line Pilots Assn. on a contract that generally embraces recommendations for slight pay raises and longer working hours, spokesmen for the two groups said. The flight attendants, represented by the Transport Workers Union, were reported near agreement, but repeated attempts to confirm that with union officials were unsuccessful.
