Hermosa Beach
The City Council has agreed to negotiate with the Hermosa Beach City School District to purchase a portion of the Prospect Heights School property for a park.
The .29-acre parcel, located between Hollowell Avenue and Gentry Street at the south end of the school property, is zoned for open space.
