Wynn’s International Inc., a maker of auto parts and accessories, declared a regular quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share of common stock payable March 29 to shareholders of record March 12. Wynn’s annual shareholders meeting will be held at 2 p.m., April 24, at the company’s Fullerton headquarters.

Cox-Howes Inc., a personnel, labor and risk management firm, has established its corporate headquarters in Newport Beach.

McLean Cadillac has signed a letter of intent to acquire two parcels in the planned Tustin Auto Center for relocation of its operations from Santa Ana. The parcels are part of a $20-million auto plaza being developed in eastern Tustin directly north of the Santa Ana Freeway by the Irvine Co. McLean expects to move to the center by early 1986.

Diabetes Treatment Centers of America, Nashville has moved its western regional headquarters from Lakewood to Anaheim. The company currently has centers at Lakewood and Riverside Community Hospital and plans to open two additional Southern California locations in March.

Apace Moving and Storage of Irvine has signed a 10-year lease valued at $4.4 million for a 106,000-square-foot corporate headquarters and warehouse on Blueridge Avenue in Orange. Santa Fe Land Improvement Co. of Los Angeles leased the facility.
