Hale Noelte has been named vice president and general manager of Sullivan Concrete Textures of Costa Mesa. Noelte’s responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations at the company, which makes building materials.
Nicholas P. Brockman has been named vice president and manager at Orange City Bank’s Huntington Harbor office. Previously, Brockman served in a similar capacity at California First Bank in Cypress.
Julie Timbrook has been promoted to vice president and real estate controller at Beverly Hill Savings’ administrative offices in Mission Viejo. Timbrook joined the bank in 1984 as assistant real estate controller.
Rhonda Fedden has been named vice president of Burton Advertising, a Costa Mesa-based advertising firm. Fedden formerly held the position of account supervisor/operations director.
Steven K. Linkon has been named vice president and secretary of Westmark Savings Bank in Newport Beach. Linkon was previously assistant vice president. In his new position, Linkon’s responsibilities will include investment and trading portfolio management, supervision of money desk and secondary market activities, including loan sales.
Georgia Rothwell has been appointed vice president in charge of commercial lending at the Bank of Anaheim. Rothwell’s responsibilities will include all facets of lending, and she will also be involved in the bank’s business development programs.
James Dietz) has been appointed to the newly created position of vice president and general manager of Wilson Laboratories Inc. Wilson formerly held the position of vice president of engineering at Orange-based Wilson, an independent manufacturer of peripheral test equipment for the computer industry.
Samuel C. Gale has been appointed marketing director for Martin Aviation Inc. The Santa Ana-based aviation service company said the appointment is part of a continuing effort to assure continuity of its ongoing expansion program. The company currently serves John Wayne Orange County, Long Beach and Burbank airports.
Barry M. Kupper has been promoted to vice president at Valencia Bank. Kupper’s new responsibilities include vehicle equipment leasing, sales and administrative supervision.
